After School Care

Our extended care program offers enrichment and support for students and convenience for families.

  • Aftercare provided by Empower (Braxton Miller and Devere Posey) until 6:00 PM
  • Includes snack and monthly activities
  • Day care transportation partnerships with Blended Minds Learning Academy and Stowe Mission (fees may apply)

Counseling

Students receive in-school mental health support focused on emotional wellness and crisis intervention.

  • Thrive provides mental health and wellness services for ages 3–10, including a half-day onsite program
  • NYAP (National Youth Advocacy Program) offers whole-child support, grief counseling, and crisis intervention

Family Resources

We connect families with resources that support both school success and daily needs.

  • On-campus Food Pantry and uniform shop
  • Onsite Family Liaison provides personalized assistance for families

Food Services

Students receive nutritious meals daily, including free breakfast and lunch for all enrolled students.


Health & Dental

We prioritize student health with support both on site and through local partnerships.

  • Part-time nurse available on campus
  • Partnership with Nationwide provides inhalers at no cost for students who need them

Tutoring & Summer Programs

We provide academic support throughout the year to help students stay on track and meet grade-level goals.

  • After-school tutoring for Grades 3–8 from January to March (3:30–5:00 PM), based on i-Ready and Restart Readiness data
  • Summer school in June for students at risk of retention

Transportation

Transportation is available through Columbus City Schools.

  • Families must submit a request through the Columbus City Schools Infinite Campus/Parent Portal Online Registration system

Parent Involvement Opportunities

Our PTO plays an active role in the school community.

  • Meets monthly to help organize events, support food drives and the food pantry, and generate donations for school-based initiatives
